For this discussion, think of an entertaining story of a supervisor or coworker that was very difficult to work with and caused you a lot of difficulty. Choose an incident that you think would be the most entertaining to your classmates. What aspect of Emotional Intelligence do you think this person lacked the most? How did this shortcoming lead to the difficulties you faced with this person? There is a coworker within the company that has 18 years in. He is obnoxious, lazy, and rude. Majority of the time no one wants to team up with him because of his behavior. In my type of business, you have no choice but to work with the person if you were called out to. I work in the transportation system for the rail road. One day I was called out to work with this fella that always has a negative vibe. He was sitting on a bench in front of the office building with his eyes closed.
